Identifying training requirements and formulating learning objectives and content
Analyzing, defining, and planning training measures, independently and in cooperation with clients
Developing framework conditions, target-group-specific methods, and didactic concepts
Designing and implementing target-group-oriented training events using appropriate training methods, teaching media, and materials
Creating, updating, maintaining, and managing the required teaching materials
Designing and implementing courses and seminars including learning control
Supporting, motivating, and coaching participants during and after the learning process; analyzing learning difficulties and implementing appropriate measures
Assessing the participants on the basis of their learning behavior and tests/exams; utilizing different assessment methods to evaluate and improve the learning process
Recognizing, adapting, and utilizing new developments and trends in the respective field of training as well as in methodology/didactics
Ensuring own practical relevance through periodic assignments in the individual subject areas
Advising on training-specific and subject-specific issues
